Governor Wike declares he has no hand in what the Nigerian Army personnels are doing in Oyigbo(watch video)

     The imminent governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has debunked claims that he sent officers to Oyigbo to shutdown alledged IPOB members in the area. 

According to him, he can't command the army to do such and he wouldn't sit back and watch his people being killed.
