Reason behind discontinuation of Keeping up with the Kardashians

    A source in an exclusive interview, revealed that,Kanye West’s mental health crisis, E!’s finances, and a big Kardashian cash grab were all factors in the demise of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.  

     Another source said the Kardashian family had imagined the end of the show for close to four years before they eventually dropped the bombshell this week Read here It’s been a long time, coming,” they said. Information reaching is that Kanye West's ongoing mental issues played a serious role in the decision. 
"Insiders said that Kim Kardashian already had reservations about exposing West’s bipolar battle to the viewing public. And she’s recently begged the “media and public to have compassion and empathy” during his latest bouts — so teeing up storylines around the illness would’ve rung as hypocritical. And leaving West out of the show — as they could have done as the show’s executive producers — would have left fans feeling cheated." - NY Post
     
Also, E! parent company NBCuniversal has been hit hard financially by Covid-19 and also has lost one of it's major shows,E!News due to the pandemic. Sources added that when the Kardashians had waved their exit in the face of E! in the past, E! was able to flutter big checks but right now pockets aren't so deep. It was reported by Page Six that the Kardashians renewed their contract with E! all the way from 2017 to 2020 for $100million.

    Lastly, it is believed that E! was also used as a marketing platform by the Kardashians for their numerous products but right now, the Kardashians social media accounts reach more people than the show and so no longer feel tied to E!. However the marketing claims have been debunked by E! and the Kardashians are yet to make a statement concerning it.

     Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu awards scholarship to children of police officers who died during #EndSARS protest. The governor announced this during his visit to Lagos Police Command Headquarters, Ikeja, on Wednesday, October 28 to interact with Police personnel. “The most important requests is to offer scholarships to the children of officers who died. “I have directed the Lagos State Scholarship Board, under the Special Adviser on Education, to immediately award scholarships to the children of the slain officers,”  Sanwo-Olu said. The governor also went on to say, that the government is working on setting up a Rebuild Lagos Trust-fund   to help ease the aftermath of the destruction that went on during the #EndSARS protest. Jacob Blake's shooter identified!!!

      It was a horrible day for the people if Kenosha as Jacob Blake a locale of Kenosha was shot seven times in the back after cops tried to stop him getting into his vehicle.     However, the shooter cop has been identified by the Wisconsin department of Justice as officer Rustein Sheskey ; he pulled the trigger on Blake 'seven times'. He and and his fellow officers arrived on the scene whwn a woman made a distress call indicating her boyfriend showed at her house uninvited.  In the attempt to arrest Blake, another officer tried to fire a taser which was a failed attempt by that time all the other officers had firearms pointed at Blake following him round his van.
